Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Remove/install

Raise vehicle.

Remove mounting frame bow (1).

 Unscrew bolt (2) to do this. Bolt (2) remains on the mounting frame bow (1).

Remove shift cables (3) from transmission.

Remove connecting strut (4) from ball head of counterweight (5).

Counterweight (5).

 To do this, undo bolt.

 Screw/nut, counterweight to gearshift shaft

Install in the reverse order.



Check

Check ease of movement of the gearshift system.

If corresponding findings are present,



Adjust shift cables (3).
