Remove shim (4)

Remove O-rings (3, 7) from transmission (72)



Install

Determine size of shim (4) for countershaft

 The shim (4) is used to adjust the bearings of the countershaft.

Insert new O-rings (3, 7) onto transmission (72)

Insert determined shim (4) into countershaft brake (2)

Mount countershaft brake (2) onto transmission (72)

 The oil grooves (arrows) of the brake disks (8) must line up.

Detach assembly device (73) from transmission (72) and place transmission (72) into horizontal position

Install transmission (72)
