4	Remove circlip (7).
5	Pry countershaft gear (6), countershaft gear (5), countershaft gear (4) and countershaft twin gear (1) individually off the countershaft (2) using a hydraulic press
	Assemble

6	Warm up countershaft twin gear (1), countershaft gear (4), countershaft gear (5) and countershaft gear (6) to a maximum of 180 °C and assemble on the countershaft (2) individually	Observe installation sequence. Immediately after assembly reposition the respective countershaft gear with zero axial clearance using a hydraulic press.
7	Fit circlip (7)

8	Heat tapered roller bearing (3) to max. 80 °C and mount onto countershaft (2)	 Adjust cone of tapered roller bearing (3) with zero clearance.

9	Heat tapered roller bearing (8) to max. 80 °C and mount onto countershaft (2)	 Adjust cone of tapered roller bearing (8) with zero clearance.
10	Install countershaft (2)		AR26.10-W-0010A
