| Remove oil scraper ring (19).
|
2
| Remove retaining ring (1).
|

| Press off constant-mesh gear (2) using drift and workshop press.
|
4
| Press off 5th gear idler gear (15) together with synchronizer unit,
6th gear idler gear (4) and 3rd gear fixed gear (3) using workshop press.
|
|
| Do not damage the shoulder on the countershaft (arrow) when pressing out.
If the shoulder is damaged, the countershaft must be replaced.

| Remove 3rd gear fixed gear (3), 6th gear idler gear (4) and 6th gear needle roller bearing (5).
|

| Remove bearing sleeve (6) and synchronizer ring (7).
|
7
| Remove sliding sleeve (8) and thrust pieces (9).
|

| Remove synchronizer body (10) and synchronizer ring (11).
|

Remove cone ring (12), friction ring (13) and shim (14).
|
10
| Remove 5th gear idler gear (15).
|
11
| Remove 5th gear needle bearing (16).
|

Remove divided intermediate plate roller bearing (18).
