6 | Remove charge air pipe (3) | Clean sealing surfaces and close off opening on turbocharger (4). | |
Installation: Replace sealing ring on charge air pipe (3). | |||

8 | Remove bolt for coolant inlet fitting (10) on engine support (1) | ||
9 | Remove holder (17) on engine support (1) and carrier with guide pulley (16) | Only on vehicles without code (H03) Air conditioning in front end. Push holder (17) and coolant pipe (12) downwards slightly. | |
10 | Remove clamp (23) for coolant pipe (12) at bracket (21) | Only on vehicles with code (H03) Air conditioning in front end. | |

20 | Remove soundproofing at frame below | ||
21 | Additionally support engine from below | The fan, radiator, lines and detachable parts can be damaged when tipping. | |
22 | Remove bolts (15) on engine support (1) | | |
23 | Take out engine support (1) | ||
24 | Remove tensioning device for alternator (14) poly-V belt on engine support (1) | Only if engine support (1) was replaced. | |
