Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. | |

2 | Remove soundproofing on frame at top left and right | ||
3 | Drain coolant at radiator (1) | Installation: Only tilt cab back after leak test has been conducted. | |
4 | Detach coolant hose (3) at radiator (1) | Remove cable ties Collect coolant which flows out. | |
5 | Remove coolant hose (4) on radiator (1) and disconnect from coolant hose (5) | Collect coolant that flows out | |
6 | Attach coolant hoses (3, 5) to engine | Collect coolant that flows out | |
7 | Disconnect coolant hose (6) at radiator (1) | ||
8 | Remove cable tie (7) for coolant hoses (6) to the fan shroud (2) | ||
9 | Release fan shroud (2) at both upper holders (arrow A), remove at the lower holders (arrow B) and lift out upwards | Installation: First introduce new cable tie (7) to fasten the coolant hose (6) in place in the fan shroud (2) and then install the fan shroud (2). | |
10 | Install in the reverse order |
