Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. | |

2 | Remove soundproofing on frame below | ||
3 | Drain coolant | ||
4 | Detach bottom coolant hose (10) on radiator (1) | ||
Danger! | Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted | Ensure that no one is within tilting range of cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt cab all the way to end position and secure with safety strut. | |

6 | Remove red charge air hose (16) and black charge air hose (13) | Installation: The red charge air hose (16) and the black charge air hose (13) must not be interchanged. Only the red charge air hose (16) is heat resistant. | |

7 | Disconnect electrical connector at coolant level switch (B6) | ||
8 | Detach electrical line (3) at coolant expansion reservoir (2) and at coolant hose | ||
9 | Detach coolant hoses (4, 5, 6) from coolant expansion reservoir (2) | ||
10 | Detach coolant hose to the coolant line (14) | ||
11 | Unscrew nuts (15) on retaining bracket and remove retaining bracket | ||
12 | Unscrew bolts at the radiator mounting (12) on left and press radiator (1) to the front | ||
13 | Remove clamps (7) on radiator shroud (8) | ||
14 | Remove radiator shroud (8) on cooler (1) and remove to the side on the left over the frame | ||
15 | Detach fan (11) at electromagnetic fan clutch (9) | | |
16 | Install in the reverse order |
