Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. | |

3 | Detach bottom coolant hose at radiator (1) | ||
Danger! | Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted | Ensure that no one is within tilting range of cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt cab all the way to end position and secure with safety strut. | |

5 | Remove charge air hoses (4, 5) | Installation: The red charge air hose (4) and the black charge air hose (5) must not be interchanged. | |

6 | Detach upper coolant hoses at radiator (1) and at coolant expansion reservoir (3) | ||
7 | Remove nuts on retaining bracket of radiator bearing on the right and remove retaining bracket | Installation: Observe installation position of retaining bracket. | |
8 | Remove bolts at radiator mounting (10) on the left | ||
9 | Press radiator (1) forwards | Do not damage lines and detachable parts. | |
10 | Swivel tensioner pulley for clamping device downwards; block with a suitable pin if necessary and remove fan poly-V belt (7) from tensioner pulley for clamping device | Installation: Inspect condition of poly-V belt of fan (7), replace if necessary. | |

11 | Remove fan coupling (9) from fan drive belt pulley (8) | Block belt pulley for fan drive (8) using the relevant tool. | |

12 | Take out fan (6) with fan clutch (9) upwards | ||
13 | Remove fan clutch (9) from fan (6) | Only if fan clutch (9) or fan (6) was replaced. | |
