Disconnect electrical plug connection (3)

Lift/jack up vehicle

Remove underride guard

 Helper required.

Remove screw/bolt (5) at fan unit (4)

Remove retaining clamps (6) on fan unit (4)

Remove fan unit (4) in the upward direction

 Installation: Ensure that the fan unit (4) is correctly located in the guides with the retaining lugs (7, 8).

Install in the reverse order
