Disconnect/connect coolant hoses at radiator

 Warning

Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Unclip bleed line (2) from the top air duct segment (1).

Remove vent line (2) from the cooler (5.1).

Seal opening on the bleed line (2) and on the cooler (5.1) with  protective covers.

Unclip coolant hose (4) from the fan unit (3).

Remove coolant hose (4) from the cooler (5.1).

Seal opening on the coolant hose (4) and on the cooler (5.1) with  protective covers.

Remove coolant hose (6) from cooler (5.1).

Seal opening on the coolant hose (6) and on the cooler (5.1) with  protective covers.

Unclip coolant hose (7) from the bottom air duct segment (8).

Remove coolant hose (7) from cooler (5.2).

Seal opening on the coolant hose (7) and on the cooler (5.2) with  protective covers.

Remove coolant hose (9) from the cooler (5.1).

Seal opening on the coolant hose (9) and on the cooler (5.1) with  protective covers.

Remove coolant hose (10) from the cooler (5.2).

Seal opening on the coolant hose (10) and on the cooler (5.2) with  protective covers.

Connect in reverse order.
