Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Danger ! | Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted | Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut. | |

1 | Tilt cab | Installation: Only tilt back cab after the leak test. | |
2 | Remove soundproofing | ||
3 | Open cover on expansion reservoir | ||
4 | Remove fender liner on the right | ||
5 | Disconnect electrical connection (5) | ||
6 | Clamp off coolant lines (3, 4) | Clamp | |
7 | Disconnect coolant lines (3, 4) at AdBlue® heater coolant solenoid valve (Y627) | Collect coolant which flows out. | |
8 | Press bracket (2) to one side | ||
9 | Remove AdBlue® heater coolant solenoid valve (Y627) | Bolt, solenoid valve for heating element on AdBlue® container to timing case | |
10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
11 | Check coolant level and adjust to correct level, if necessary | ||
12 | Start engine and perform an engine test run | Allow engine to run at a higher rotational speed. | |
13 | Check cooling system for leaktightness | Visual inspection. |
