3 Heat shield

4 Bolts

5 Air intake hose

6 Bolt

7 Collar nut

8 Exhaust downpipe

 	Remove/install
1	Remove air intake hose (5)		AR09.10-D-8030C
2	Remove heat shield (3) on exhaust manifold (1)
3	Remove oil dipstick guide for tube for automatic transmission on cylinder head	 On models fitted with automatic transmission.	AR27.00-D-0102-01C
4	Remove exhaust system (8) on exhaust manifold (1)		AR49.10-D-7140-03C
			*BA49.10-N-1001-01A
5	Loosen collar nut (7) and unbolt	  Installation: Replace collar nuts (7), tighten center of manifold to the left/right alternately.	*BA14.10-N-1001-01A
6	Remove exhaust manifold (1) with seal (2)	 Installation: Install new gasket (2), clean sealing surfaces.
7	Check studs for damage; replace if necessary.		*BA14.10-N-1002-01A
8	Install in the reverse order
