2	Press clamping device (3) in the direction of swivel (arrow) using a breaker bar and socket (2)	 Only swivel clamping device (3) against the spring tension since otherwise the bolt can loosen.
3	Remove poly-V belt (1) from poly-V belt tensioning pulley (3)
4	Swivel back tensioning device (3) and remove poly-V belt (1)	 Do not kink poly-V belt (1) during removal otherwise it will be damaged.
	Checking
5	Check condition of poly-V belt (1)		AP13.22-D-1351-01A
6	Check belt pulley/vibration damper, belt pulley for alternator and coolant pump as well as tensioning device with tensioner pulley (3)	 Replace and damaged or worn parts: 
		Belt pulley/vibration damper	AR03.30-W-1600J
		Tensioning device (3) with tensioner pulley	AR13.25-W-3200J
		Belt pulley for alternator	AR15.40-W-5710J
		Belt pulley for coolant pump	AR20.10-W-1271J
7	Check guide pulley (4) on fuel pump	 Only on vehicles with code (H03) Air conditioning in front end. If there is damage or wear: 
		Replace guide pulley (4).	AR13.21-W-3460J
	Install
8	Introduce poly-V belt (1) and lay on according to routing diagram	 Do not kink poly-V belt (1) when installing, otherwise it will be damaged.
		 Do not fit belt pulley (1) onto tensioning device for tensioner pulley (3) at this stage.

9	Swivel clamping device (3) in direction of the arrow and lay poly-V belt (1) on tensioning device for tensioner pulley (3)	 Only swivel clamping device (3) against the spring tension since otherwise the bolt can loosen.
