1 | Remove air filter housing | ||
2 | Remove fan | ||
3 | Loosen poly-V-belt (1) | by releasing and interlocking tensioning device (2) in direction of arrow. | |

4 | Remove poly-V-belt (1) | ||
| Checking | ||
5 | Inspect belt pulley sections and tensioning device (2) for damage and dirt | In the case of damage to the belt pulley or tensioning device (2), replace it. | |
6 | Check poly-V-belt (1) | In the event of wear and tear or damage, poly-V-belt (1) must be replaced. | |
| Installing | ||
7 | Fit on poly-V-belt (1) | Do not use bees wax or similar products to avoid damage and noise build up. | |

8 | Tension poly-V-belt (1) | by removing locking pin. | |
9 | Install fan | ||
10 | Install air filter housing | ||
