1 | Open engine hood and raise to vertical position | ||
2 | Detach left and right charge air hoses at the charge air cooler | ||
3 | Remove left and right screw/bolts on radiator support and press radiator towards front | ||
4 | Remove fan clutch with fan on fan belt pulley (1) | Block belt pulley fan (1) using the relevant tool. | |
5 | Swivel (arrow A) tensioner pulley for clamping device (3) downwards and hold or block with suitable pin | ||
6 | Remove poly-V belt (2) from belt pulley (1) and belt pulley (5) | ||
7 | Press fan towards the front and connect; take out poly-V belt (2) | ||

8 | Check all belt pulleys, deflecting and tensioner pulleys for damage and smooth operation, replace if necessary | Remove/install belt pulley/vibration damper | |

10 | Put poly-V belt (2) onto the belt pulley (1); put on belt pulley (5) and guide pulley (4) | ||

11 | Attach fan clutch with fan to belt pulley (1) | Block belt pulley fan (1) using the relevant tool. | |

12 | Position poly-V belt (2) on tensioner pulley for tensioning device (3) and pivot back tensioning device (3) | Ensure that poly-V belt (2) is seated correctly. | |
13 | Push radiator towards the back and fit it at the radiator mount on the left and right | ||
14 | Check right and left charge air hoses for damage and replace if necessary | ||
15 | Attach left and right charge air hoses at the charge air cooler | Clamp, charge air hose to charge air housing/charge air pipe and charge air cooler | |
16 | Close engine hood |
