1 | Tilt cab | ||
2 | Remove soundproofing | ||
3 | Disconnect electrical connection (1) | ||
4 | Remove support (2) on bracket | ||
5 | Loosen poly-V belt (3) | ||
6 | Remove poly-V belt (3) from tensioner pulley on poly-V belt tensioning device (4) | ||
7 | Push poly-V belt (3) through between fan (5) and fan shroud (6) and remove | ||

8 | Check condition of poly-V belt (3) | ||

Install a new poly-V belt (3) if necessary. | |||
9 | Check belt pulley/vibration damper (7) for wear and damage | ||
Replace belt pulley/vibration damper (7) if necessary | |||
10 | Check coolant pump compressor belt pulley (8) for wear and damage | Replace coolant pump if necessary. | |
11 | Check poly-V belt tensioning device (4) for wear and damage | ||
Replace poly-V belt tensioning device (4) if necessary. | |||
12 | Check alternator belt pulley (9) for wear and damage |
