3 | Detach charge air hoses (1a, 1b) on charge air lines (3a, 3b) | ||
4 | Close off the connection fitting on charge air cooler (2) and charge air lines (3a, 3b) with protective covers | Set of protective caps | |

5 | Install new sealing rings for charge air hoses (1a, 1b) | ||

6 | Remove protective cover from connection fitting on charge air cooler (2) and charge air lines (3a, 3b) | ||
7 | Clean connection fitting on charge air cooler (2) and charge air lines (3a, 3b) | Carefully clean the connection fitting using clean, lint-free rags. | |

8 | Mount charge air hoses (1a, 1b) on charge air lines (3a, 3b) | ||
