 	Removing/installing
 Danger!	Risk of injury caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	When moving components, ensure that no body parts or limbs are within the operating range of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Open engine hood		AR88.40-P-1000T
2	Remove the cover from the charge air distribution pipe (10)		AR01.20-P-5014-02A

3	Disconnect electric cables which run past mixing chamber (1)	 Tie straps which are separated when removing, must be fitted again at the same position when installing.
4	Detach the charge air hose (2) at the mixing chamber (1)	 Installation: Replace the sealing ring (3) and ensure the exact seat of the securing clamp (4).
5	Remove retaining spring (5)
6	Unscrew bolts (6, 7) and remove the mixing chamber (1) from the charge air distribution pipe (10)	 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and install new sealing rings (8, 9).
7	Install in reverse order

 Crankcase ventilation, cylinder head cover
