	Removing
1	Remove MR/PLD unit pump		AR07.15-G-8950NA
2	Remove O-rings (8, 9 and 10) on MR/PLD unit pump	 First clean bottom part of pump body (1).	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
3	Push sleeve (11) onto MR/PLD unit pump	  This ensures that no dirt can enter the holes.	*904589031400
4	Clean upper part of MR/PLD unit pump	 Carefully remove any paint from the sealing surface of the MR/PLD unit pump. The high pressure hole must be closed off. It is essential that no dirt or cleaning agent enter into pump body (1).	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
5	Mark intermediate plate (3) to pump body (1) (arrow A) and place MR/PLD unit pump on stop plate (7)	 Use a scriber or marker; do not use a stamping tool.
6	Unscrew bolts (6) and remove magnet (4) together with intermediate plate (3) and model plate (5)	  First remove any paint from screw heads using a scriber (arrow B).	*904589021000
7	Remove intermediate plate (3) and model plate (5) from magnet (4)	 Clean sealing surface at magnet (4).	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
8	Remove seal (2) and clean intermediate plate (3)	 Do not damage sealing surfaces.	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
9	Mark cross piece (1.2) and brake carrier plate (1.1) to pump body (1) (arrow C)	 Use a marker; do not use a scriber or stamping tool. The cross piece (1.2) must not be pushed or twisted.
10	Spray cleaning agent on sealing surfaces of pump body (1), cross piece (1.2) and brake carrier plate (1.1)	 Clean parts carefully. Do not remove paint from the pump body (1) as it is required to secure the intermediate plate (3).	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
11	Remove stop plate (7)
12	Clean model plate (5)	 Remove any paint from the screw head contact surfaces. Do not remove the protective foil from the model plate (5).	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
	Install
13	Place new stop plate (7) under pump body (1)
14	Place new seals (2) on intermediate plate (3)	 Protect new gaskets (2) with high-temperature grease.	*BR00.45-Z-1051-06A
15	Place intermediate plate (3) on pump body (1)	 Observe identification mark on cross piece (1.2) and anchor plate (1.1) for pump body (1). Recesses (arrow D) on intermediate plate opening must be aligned towards the cross piece (1.2). The paint residue holds the intermediate plate (3) to the pump body (1).
16	Place magnet (4) on intermediate plate (3)
17	Assemble model plate (5), magnet (4), intermediate plate (3), pump body (1) and stop plate (7) and tighten together with new screws (6)	  Tighten bolts (6) above cross piece	*BA07.15-N-1009-01E
