	Removing
1	Remove poly-V belt		AR13.22-D-1202B
2	Remove cylinder head cover		AR01.20-D-5014A
3	Remove vacuum pump		AR43.05-D-1320A
4	Remove injection pump		AR07.13-D-8410A
5	Install retaining lock for crankshaft/starter ring gear		AR03.30-D-5000A
6	Loosen central mounting bolt (8) from injection pump chain sprocket	 The mounting bolt (8) has a left-hand thread  Do not remove bolt
7	Install and fasten centering device.		AR07.13-D-8420-01A

8	Remove chain tensioner (10)		AR05.10-D-7800A
9	Remove central mounting bolt (8) from injection pump chain sprocket
10	Remove radial shaft sealing ring (11) from intermediate flange.	 Pry out using a large screwdriver. Protect the edges of the bore against being damaged.	AR07.13-D-8420-02A
11	Unscrew mounting bolts (7) from intermediate flange.
12	Remove intermediate flange (1) from the crankcase.
13	Unscrew adjustment screw (6) on crankcase
	Installation
14	Install new radial shaft sealing ring (11) into intermediate flange		AR07.13-D-8420-02A

15	Replace sealing ring (3) on the intermediate flange.
16	Insert adjustment screw (6) in the intermediate flange
17	Insert intermediate flange (1) and screw adjustment screw onto crankcase	 The elongated holes should stand in the middle relative to the fastening bores.

18	Insert mounting bolts (7) for intermediate flange and mount square nuts

19	Install chain tensioner (10)		AR05.10-D-7800A
20	Tighten central mounting bolt (8) from injection pump chain sprocket	 Replace bolt	*BA07.13-N-1011-01A
21	Remove retaining lock for crankshaft/starter ring gear		AR03.30-D-5000A
22	Remove centering device
23	Install injection pump		AR07.13-D-8410A
24	Install vacuum pump		AR43.05-D-1320A
25	Install cylinder head cover		AR01.20-D-5014A
26	Install poly-V belt		AR13.22-D-1202B
27	Set start of injection with HHT		AR07.13-D-8430A
