1 | Detach injection lines | ||
2 | Detach fuel hoses (7) | In addition to the fuel hoses for leak oil, detach the rubber end caps from the hose connections of the nozzle holder (3). Collect the fuel which flows out in a suitable vessel. | |
3 | Remove plug (5) from the slot in the cylinder head (6) | Installation: Check whether rubber plug (5) can be re-used, install new part if necessary. | |
4 | Unscrew thrust bolt (2) of nozzle holder (3) | Installation: Only the corresponding special wrenches may be used for tightening the thrust bolts. | |

5 | Knock nozzle holder (3) out of cylinder head (6) | | |
Do not strike the nozzle. | |||
Installation: Insert nozzle holder with the injection nozzle, when doing this pay attention to locking element on nozzle holder and slot in cylinder head. | |||
6 | Remove sealing ring (4) from cylinder head | Installation: Install new sealing ring. | |
7 | Install in the reverse order | Inspect injection nozzle before installing, see: | |
