 	Remove/install
1	Remove exhaust gas recirculation	With engine 642.896/898/993	AR14.20-D-1050SG
2.1	Remove mixing chamber (4)	On engine 642.896/898	AR09.20-D-1320SG
		With engine 642.993	AR09.20-D-1320S
2.2	Remove throttle valve actuator	With engine 642.992	AR09.41-D-1321SF
3	Remove bracket (3) on exhaust gas recirculation from cylinder head (2)	With engine 642.896/898/993
4	Remove chain tensioner (1)	Installation: Replace seal. Insert chain tensioner (1) into bore on cylinder head (2). Press chain tensioner (1) in against spring load of tensioning device and tighten.

5	Install in the reverse order

6	Conduct engine test run and check engine for leaks in area of the chain tensioner (1)
