Block the flywheel (5) with the turn device

Remove two counter-posed bolts (7) in the engine flywheel (5)

 Installation: measure the length of the two remaining bolts (7). If the allowable length (L) of the rod is exceeded, replace the screw (7). Slightly lubricate the bolts (7) and tighten them.

Thread the guide mandrels (3) into the threaded bores

Remove the remaining bolts (7) in the engine flywheel (5)

 Installation: measure the bolts length (7). If the allowable length (L) of the rod is exceeded, replace the screw (7). Slightly lubricate the bolts (7) and tighten them.

Remove the bearing (4), the internal extractor (2) and the counter support (1).

 Installation: Install the new bearing (4), with the external corner (arrow) aligned to the bolts thrust area (7).

 After installation, slightly lubricate the bearing (4).
