3 | Remove bolts (2), remove the clutch plate unit (1) upwards, together with the mounting device, and remove clutch disc (5) on the engine side | Loosen the bolts (2) in a cross pattern, in short steps, to avoid unilateral load on the clutch plate unit (1). | |
4 | Remove the mounting device | ||
5 | Check the coupling parts for wear and damage | The clutch discs (5 and 7) can be replaced only as a full set. | |

6 | Clean the grooves on the clutch disc (5) on the engine side and the grooves of the transmission drive shaft | | |
7 | Clean the sliding sleeve on the clutch pedal with clutch bearing (10) and guide pipe on the transmission | ||
8 | Clean the flywheel (4) guide bearing (11) | ||

9 | Place the centralizing pin (3) on the guide bearing (11) on the flywheel (4) | Centering drift | |
10 | Centralize the clutch disc (5) on the engine side on the centralizing pin (3) on the flywheel (4) | ||
11 | Install the mounting device onto the clutch plate unit (1) | Before installing check on the new clutch plate (1) whether the diaphragm spring latches mount correctly onto the clutch pedal with clutch bearing (10). | |
12 | Install the clutch plate (1) mounted with the mounting device through the centralizing pin (3) | A new plate (1) for the tuned clutch will be provided. | |
13 | Tighten screws (2) crosswise in small steps | While tightening the bolts it must be permanently checked on the centralizing pin (3), whether it still can rotate easily. | |
