2 | Remove crankshaft gear (2) from crankshaft | Rotate crankshaft until "I" marking on crankshaft sprocket (2) is aligned with "I - I" marking (arrowed) on camshaft sprocket (3). | |
Installation: The "I" mark on crankshaft sprocket (2) must be positioned between the "I - I" marks (arrow) on the camshaft sprocket (3). | |||
3 | Check that pin (4) is secure | Replace pin (4) if necessary. | |
4 | Install in the reverse order |
