2	Remove slinger
3	Clean area around the radial shaft sealing ring (1)
4	Remove radial shaft sealing ring (1)		AR03.20-W-3000-02C
		 Extraction and insertion tool	*700589084300
		 Pulling device	*457589013300
	Check
5	Check contact surface of radial shaft sealing ring (1) at crankshaft flange
	Front crankshaft seal - altered		BT03.20-W-0004-01A
		If there is galling on the crankshaft flange.
		
		Install radial shaft sealing ring (1) with wide sealing lip or cassette-type sealing ring.
		Install radial shaft sealing ring (1) Engine 457.9 up the engine end number 189447	AR03.20-W-3000D
		Install cassette-type sealing ring	AR03.20-W-3001C
		If there is galling on the crankshaft flange.
		
		Install race or repair crankshaft.
		Install race Engine 457.9 up the engine end number 189447	AR03.20-W-2570C
