Disassemble/assemble

Remove crankshaft gear (1) from crankshaft



- Hammer down crankshaft gear out of crankshaft using a plastic mallet.

- Hammer cylinder pin out of the crankshaft gear.

Remove counterweights (2) from crankshaft

Mark the installation position of the counterweights relative to the crankshaft beforehand.

 Installation:

- Tighten bolts for counterweights using the prescribed torque.

- Then tighten bolts using the specified tightening angle.

- It is necessary to draw the socket wrench bit to check the tightening angle.

- Pay attention to installation position.


