3 | Remove flywheel | ||
4 | Use a lever to press radial sealing ring (1) out of timing case. | Installation: - Grease dust and lip of radial sealing ring (1) with multipurpose grease. - Insert radial sealing ring (1) into drift (2) and knock it into timing case with a plastic-headed hammer. When doing this, the hole in the drift must match exactly into the cylinder pin of the crankshaft. | |

5 | Check race on flywheel for wear and galling | If wear or galling was determined, replace race. | |
