1.2	Remove electromagnetic fan clutch	Only vehicles with code (MZ5) Electromagnetic fan drive (Linnig clutch)	AR20.40-W-5616B
2	Remove cover (1) of belt pulley for fan drive (2)
3	Detach belt pulley for fan drive (2) from belt pulley/vibration damper (3)		*BA03.30-N-1005-01F
4	Attach rotating device to timing case		AR03.30-W-1600-03C

5	Take off belt pulley/vibration damper (3)		*BA03.30-N-1002-01F
6	Check belt pulley/vibration damper (3) and belt pulleys for remaining driven components for damage; replace if necessary
7	Remove slinger (4)	 Installation: The slinger (4) must be installed with flat side towards the belt pulley/vibration damper (3).
8	Remove bracket for electrical connector for electromagnetic viscous coupling on camshaft sprocket cover (5)	 Only for vehicles with code (MZ3) Electromagnetic viscous coupling for fan or with code (MZ5) Electromagnetic fan drive (Linnig clutch).

9	Remove bracket for fuel lines from camshaft sprocket cover (5)		*BA01.40-N-1002-01U
10	Remove camshaft sprocket cover (5); remove seal (6)	 Use plastic hammer camshaft sprocket cover (5); do not damage sealing surfaces.

11	Install in the reverse order
