3 | Remove intake center pipe (2) | Installation: Use new seal. | |
4 | Remove intake plenum pipe (3) | Installation: Use new seals. | |
Screw/bolt, charge air manifold to charge air duct | |||
5 | Remove compressed-air line (4) for constant throttle | ||
6 | Remove oil pressure line (5) for exhaust gas turbocharger | Installation: Use new seal on the exhaust gas turbocharger and new sealing rings on the banjo bolt. | |
Screw/bolt, oil pressure line to turbocharger | |||
7 | Remove crankcase ventilation hose (6) | ||
8 | Unscrew screws/bolts on timing case cover and take off timing case cover | Installation: Fit on the timing case cover and fix in place. Screw in the screws/bolts of the timing case cover and tighten according to the tightening pattern (A). | |
9 | Clean sealing surfaces | Installation: Insert new seal into the timing case cover and apply sealant at the transitions (B) of the injection pump sealing ring to timing case. | |
