2 Combination bolt M835

3 Cover at cylinder head

4 Fitting sleeve

5 Sealing ring

6 Combination bolt M622

7 Cylinder head cover

8 Coolant hose

 	Remove/install
1	Remove air filter housing		AR09.10-S-1150A
2	Remove cylinder head cover (7)		AR01.20-S-5014A
3	Remove coolant thermostat housing (1)		AR20.10-S-2710A
4	Detach the coolant hose (8) at the coolant pump
5	Remove cover on cylinder head (3)	 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces. Coat cover (3) on sealing surface to cylinder head with sealant, replace sealing ring (5), note correct seating of the fitting sleeves (4).

6	Install in the reverse order
7	Check for leaks
