Note down number sequence (1b) on identification plate on airbag (1a).

In XENTRY Portal start the "VeDoc" system.

Enter the complete vehicle VIN and click on the "Search" button.

In VeDoc, select the VPD data (2) tab.

Select row (3) with VPD ID 10006.

Click on "VPD process" (4) button.

Enter the previously noted number sequence (1b) under the Content (5) column.

Click on "Save" button (6).

End the "VeDoc" system.
