| Note down number sequence (1b) on identification plate on airbag (1a).

| In XENTRY Portal start the "VeDoc" system.

| Enter the complete vehicle VIN and click on the "Search" button.

| In VeDoc, select the VPD data (2) tab.

| Select row (3) with VPD ID 10006.
|

| Click on "VPD process" (4) button.

| Enter the previously noted number sequence (1b) under the Content (5) column.

| Click on "Save" button (6).

| End the "VeDoc" system.
