Contact with liquid refrigerant may result in injury to the skin and eyes. | Do not carry out any welding work on the closed air conditioning system or in the surrounding area. No smoking or open flames. Wear eye protection and protective gloves. Work only in well ventilated areas. Carry out repair work on the air conditioning system circuit only after the system has been discharged. | |

1 | Start engine | Coolant temperature of min. 50 °C must be ensured. | |
2 | Switch on air conditioning and set maximum cooling capacity at the temperature controller | See operating instructions for air conditioning system. | |

4 | Allow engine to run at approx. 1400 rpm | ||
5 | Check refrigerant level in inspection glass (1) after approx. 5 minutes | The air conditioning is filled correctly when the refrigerant in the inspection glass (1) is visibly free of bubbles. With severe bubble formation: | |
