1 | De-pressurize air dehydrator | ||
2 | Remove granular product cartridge (1), using appropriate tool | Ecologically dispose cartridge, observing current oil filter legislation. | |
| Install | ||
3 | Clean cartridge seat in the case | ||
4 | Slightly lubricate cartridge sealing gasket and sealing thread with grease | Check sealing thread and gasket for damage. | |
5 | Install new cartridge manually in air dehydrator case until sealing gasket touches the case. Then, retighten (approximately half turn) | ||
6 | Pressurize air dehydrator filter and check if it is tighten. If leaks exist, de-pressurize the dehydrator before retightening it | Control next replacement, making notes in the maintenance control sheet. |
