Check tires for damage and foreign objects penetrating the tread and the side walls (outside and inside).

Check wear pattern of tires.

Measure and note tread depth of tires.

 The legal minimum tread depth of the tires must not be undershot. For safety reasons, tires should be replaced earlier; summer tires at approx. 2 to 3 mm tread depth, winter tires at approx. 4 mm tread depth.
