Drain coolant

1	Unscrew cap (1) from filler neck (2) of coolant expansion reservoir (3).

2	Open drain screw (4) on cooler and collect coolant in suitable container.

3	ENGINE 926.9 Open drain screw (5) on right side of crankcase and collect coolant in suitable container.

 To do so, plug drain hose onto drain screw (5).

4	ENGINE 457.9 Remove drain screw (8) on right side of crankcase and collect coolant in suitable container.

5	ENGINE 457.9 Open drain screw (9) on retarder and collect coolant in suitable container.

6	ENGINE 926.9 Detach coolant hose (6) from coolant pipe (7) to engine and collect coolant in a suitable container.

Pour in coolant

7	Close drain screws (4, 5, 8, 9) on cooler, crankcase and retarder. ENGINE 457.9  ENGINE 926.9  ENGINE 457.9  ENGINE 926.9 

8	ENGINE 926.9 Fit coolant hose (6) to coolant pipe (7).

9	Pour in coolant in the specified coolant in the specified composition up to the bottom edge of the filler neck (2). ENGINE 457.9  ENGINE 926.9 
