Perform gas system test for the first time after 3 years, then every 2 years or each time after opening of gas carrying component parts of the gas drive system or after an accident or a fire or thermal exposure > 85 °C / 185 ℉ at the gas cylinder, high-pressure gas carrying lines, connections and valves



 The condition of the steel gas cylinders must be checked no later than every 48 months; this also applies to the section of the cylinders concealed by the tensioning straps.



The filled-out service sheet "Special service, perform gas system test" is to have the company stamp placed next to the signature, then be handed over to the customer and a copy of it archived in a tamperproof manner along with the given work order. If available, the "gas system inspection log book" in the service booklet of the vehicle must also be filled out.



 Along with the service sheet "Special service, perform gas system test", the country-specific legislations with regard to recurring gas system tests and the documentation thereof must be observed!
If no defects are found, the gas system may only continue to be operated until the next test!
The gas system has no defects and can continue to be operated up to the next test:
