Disassemble the transmission into its main components

Disassemble output shaft with center and rear gear set

Remove retaining ring (6)
Installation: Check that retaining ring (6) is correctly seated.

Remove rear sun gear (5) complete with internal plate carrier and freewheel (4)
Installation: Install hollow shaft (1) on freewheel (4) and press in while turning counterclockwise.

Remove retaining ring (3)

Remove freewheel (4) from rear sun gear (5)
Installation: The thrust plate (A) of freewheel (4) must face towards the retaining ring (3).

Assemble in the reverse order

Install in the reverse order
