1 Mark cutting line on new rear fender (1) with cutting template (area A1).
2 Cut new rear fender (1) on cutting line with body saw
(area A1).

3 Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal on new rear fender (1) in shaded areas with round wire brush.
Sand the spot weld flanges on both sides down to bare metal.

4 Grind connection surfaces on new rear fender (1) in shaded areas down to bare metal with round wire brush.
Sand the spot weld flanges on both sides down to bare metal.
5 Coat insides of spot welding flange on new rear fender (1) with zinc dust paint.
