Observe general information on chassis alignment check

After repair work, move the vehicle up and down vigorously several times prior to measurement.

Check vehicle level at front axle via wishbone inclination

Clean measurement points (arrows).
Mount measuring sensor (086a) with the measuring tips in the recess clearances (arrows) on the lower transverse control arm (2) (the connecting cable points towards the vehicle center) and store measured value.
 Measurement point 1 left front

 Measurement point 2 right front

 Electronic inclination meter.

Check vehicle level at the rear axle via the longitudinal control arm inclination.

Clean contact surface of anchor.

Position measuring sensor (086a) with adapter (086b) on tension rod (56a) of the longitudinal control arm (56).

 Ensure that the adapter (086b) lies flat on the tension rod (56) (connecting cable points forward) and store measured value.

 Measurement point 3 rear left

 Measurement point 4 right rear

 Use electronic inclinometer and adapter for model 414 (order adapter separately, does not have its own order number).

The vehicle level cannot be adjusted. If the measurement results are outside the tolerance, the vehicle must be examined for accident damage. If there is no damage due to an accident, install new or modified springs.
