Remove/install

 Danger!

Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted

Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut.

Detach line (29) on hydraulic control block

 Connector P

Seal hydraulic line and hydraulic connector

Detach line (30) on hydraulic control block

 Connector R

Seal hydraulic line and hydraulic connector

 If return line is not closed off the entire contents of the hydraulic fluid tank may escape.

 Installation: Check hydraulic fluid level, correct if necessary 

Unscrew bolt (27) and nut (28) on body support (26)


 Replace self-locking nuts.

Raise body support (26) and slide backwards

Unscrew bolts (23) and nuts (24)

Disconnect electrical connection (14)

Detach brackets (8, 9, 10, 11, 21)

Remove transmission input shaft (8)

Unscrew bolts (19) and nuts (20) of exhaust system

Remove rear power take-off shaft (6)

Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury caused by brake fluid coming into contact with skin and eyes.

Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.

Unscrew hydraulic line (21) on power take-off transmission

 Seal hydraulic line and hydraulic connector

 Installation: Bleed hydraulic clutch system.

Unscrew compressed air line (12) on power take-off transmission

Unscrew bolts (15) on left and right of engine mount (16) on frame



Install transmission suspension device



Raise power take-off transmission (2)

 Lift up a maximum of 120 mm.

Support engine mount (16) on left and right

 with wooden blocks, on left approx.

80 mm, on right approx. 110 mm high.

Pull off boot (25) on power take-off transmission

Unscrew bolts (3) of power take-off transmission to flywheel housing



Remove PTO transmission (2)

 Move out backwards and remove upwards

 Installation: Pay attention to correct inwards motion of front power take-off shaft.

Install in the reverse order

Check transmission oil level, correct if necessary
