Remove/install

Lift/jack up vehicle

Unscrew bolt (3)

Lower vehicle

Remove engine trim panel

Unscrew bolt (2)

Push vacuum hose (5) to the side.

Pull oil dipstick (4) out of oil dipstick guide tube (1)

Collect dripping oil using a clean dry cloth.

Pull oil dipstick (1) guide tube out of oil pan and remove

Installation: Replace sealing ring.

Install in the reverse order

Check engine oil level, correct if necessary

The engine oil level must not lie above the maximum marking. Engine damage may occur otherwise.

Test run engine and check engine around the oil dipstick guide tube (1) for leaks
