Remove/install

Remove radiator with front end

Remove viscous fan clutch

Remove poly-V belt

Install retaining lock for crankshaft / starter ring gear.

Unscrew hexagon bolts (7), take off belt pulley (6) of coolant pump



Unscrew central bolt (1) and take off together with conical washer (2)



 Install new central bolt (1).

Detach belt pulley (3)

 For a jammed hub, screw bolt into crankshaft and use puller.

 Installation:

The groove in the hub must be aligned with the parallel key (4).

Replace front crankshaft radial seal (5)
