Removing, installing

Remove radiator

Remove viscous fan clutch

Remove poly V-belt

Install retaining lock for crankshaft/starter ring gear

AR03.30-D-5000A

Unscrew bolt (3) and remove conical washer (4)

Installation: Use new bolt (3)



Pull off belt pulley with hub (1).

If the hub is stuck, screw a bolt into the crankshaft and use the puller.

 Installation: The groove in the hub must be aligned with the woodruff key on the crankshaft journal.



Replace front crankshaft radial seal (2)

Install in the reverse order
