The layout of the maintenance sheets has been revised and optimized.
The changes are described in detail using the maintenance sheet for model 963, 964 as an example. In order to improve the transparency and clarity of the maintenance operations, the additional operations have been restructured and some are now shown in different places compared to the previous maintenance sheets. This also affects the corresponding operation items for the maintenance scopes in ASRA. Irregularly occurring maintenance operations within the vehicle and engine maintenance service have been designated as additional operations or must be additionally selected in ASRA according to the vehicle equipment installed (e.g.: Turbo retarder clutch: Oil change).
The new maintenance sheet has space for the service advisor to state the oil quality used for each oil change item.
For the inspection service (1,000 - 5,000 km) on model 967, the maintenance sheet AP00.20W0010K is now available in WIS.
1. Specify maintenance scopes: (Picture shown in German)
An overview of the possible maintenance scopes at the beginning of the maintenance sheet allows the service advisor to specify the scope of maintenance for the mechanic (e.g.: Model 963, 964 Maintenance (dependent on display) or Engine maintenance (dependent on display) or Time-based servicing (dependent on display)). For the basic maintenance "W" and "M", the appropriate additional operations "Z" (time-based servicing) and "J" (additional operations) must be selected by the service advisor.
The scopes selected by the service advisor must be performed by the mechanic.

2. Headlines of operation steps: (Picture shown in German)
Assignment of the maintenance items to maintenance "W" and "M", and assignment of the additional operations, is done using the boxes in the left column. The boxes are used to mark the operation items as performed.
In addition, the option "not OK" has been changed to "Input condition No OK". No input condition is noted in the case of operation steps where no inspection is performed but where something is replaced only (e.g.: Replace AdBlue® filter).
The mechanic enters a note in the right column in the case of "Input condition not OK".

3. Performance of additional operations
Under "Z" the possible additional operations are listed as "Z" or "J" depending on vehicle or engine maintenance. The mechanic marks the boxes in column "Z" according to the operation performed.
4. Check and measurement values: (picture in German)
The tables for the check and measurement values have a new layout. The tables in which the check and measurement values are entered are at the end of the document.
