Risk of explosion and poisoning through solvent vapors and gases. Risk of injury to eyes and skin when handling anti-corrosion agents

Do not spray anti-corrosion agent into flames or onto glowing-hot surfaces and keep away from ignition sources. Work only in well ventilated areas, wear protective respiratory mask.

Processing instructions for hollow cavity preservation

AP97.20-P-0640-01A

Apply wax preservative on hatched areas only after sealing and painting work, but before assembly work.

Insert spray hose as far as possible into cavities and pull out slowly during spraying.

Spray hose must be stiff and jets must spray inclined to front and rear. Cavities must be dry.

Carry out repair preservation twice in succession after a flash-off time of 5 minutes.

Application temperature must not be below +15 °C.

Apart from the standard cavity preservation as shown, additional sealing measures may be required depending on area of repair.
