Remove steering wheel

Unscrew bolts (1) far enough to enable the fanfare horns and airbag clock spring contact (A45) to be removed

Bolts (1) serve as antirotation protection.

Unlock catch tabs (2) of fanfare horns and airbag clock spring contact (A45) using suitable screwdriver

At the same time, carefully pull fanfare horns and airbag clock spring contact (A45) towards rear.

Carefully remove fanfare horns and airbag clock spring contact (A45) from steering column tube

Installation: Slide fanfare horns and airbag clock spring contact (A45) up to end stop.

If the fanfare horns and airbag clock spring contact (A45) is twisted:

Adjust center position of fanfare horns and airbag clock spring contact (A45).
