Danger!

Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates below the hoist support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Raise vehicle.

Unscrew nut (4) on link rod (2)

Replace self-locking nut (4).

Unscrew nut (1) on link rod (2) and remove with rubber bushing (3)

Replace self-locking nut (1).

Installation: Check the rubber bushing (3) of the link rod (2), replace if necessary.

Set dimension (a) by turning the nut (1).

Dimension (a) corresponds to 5 mm.

Remove link rod (2) with rubber bushing (arrow)

Installation: Check the rubber bushing (arrow) of the link rod (2), replace if necessary.

Install in the reverse order
