 	Remove/install
1	Drain transmission oil and collect in a suitable vessel	 Installation: Fill with transmission oil.

2	Loosen clamp at bellows (13) and push back bellows (13)
3	Remove screws/bolts (12) on torque tube housing (10)		*BA35.30-N-1005-02E
4	Pull back torque tube using a chain hoist	 Secure torque tube against slipping back.
5	Disconnect propeller shaft from output flange (3)	 Install: Before installing the propeller shaft (3) at the output flange, the torque ball of the torque tube must be adjusted: 

7	Disconnect connector at counting wheel sensor (5)
8	Remove counting wheel sensor (5) at rear axle output shaft housing (4)		*BA35.30-N-1004-02E
9	Remove bolts (11) from rear axle output shaft housing (4)		*BA35.30-N-1002-02E
10	Remove rear axle output shaft housing (4)	 Installation: Coat sealing surface of rear axle output shaft housing (4) with sealing compound.	*BR00.45-Z-1015-01A
	Check
11	Check rear axle output shaft for wear and damage	 Replace worn or damaged parts: 
		Disassemble/assemble rear axle output shaft	AR26.45-T-0031U
12	Install in the reverse order
13	Check oil level in transmission and correct if necessary		*BA26.40-N-1004-01L
			*BF26.00-N-1001-01I
